Wire EDM

Wire EDM allows us to produce complex components in house that would be impossible to

machine using conventional methods. The process includes typically using a 0.25mm wire with

an electric charge through it allowing it to cut through the material with high precision. Please get in touch to see how our wire EDM could help you. 

Sub-Assemblies 

We can deliver your products in a sub-assembled or fully-assembled state, thoroughly inspected and tested, ready for use on a batch or call basis.

Special Tooling

Special equipment and tools, including single-unit orders, are produced using both CNC and conventional machinery to meet our customers’ exacting specifications.

All information is digitised and instantly accessible to all departments through our central data system.

Bead Blasting

All blasting is performed in-house, and we accommodate all grades of bead to achieve your desired finish.

Other Services

We offer third-party processes upon customer request, including broaching, gear cutting, welding, fabrication, aluminium / iron casting, anodising, and plating.
